Every procedure, three ways. Theme is where a page lives in the navigation (which system it touches). Stage is where it sits in the life of the data. Role is who needs it; a page can serve several roles, so in that view it links to more than one hub. Colour always means theme, so you can see, for example, that Electrophysiology is almost entirely Standardization & Integration and that Operations splits between Collection and Governance.

Each page's groupings come from its front matter (theme, stage, roles), so a page you add appears here on the next build. The Tags page lists the same groupings as plain lists; map/graph.json is the data behind this view if you want to analyse it.
